We look for ways to improve efficiency and keep you organized to save time and money, so you are ready to meet with your CGA to file your fiscal year end and personal taxes.

● Full-cycle A/R and A/P

● Reconcile Vendor, Bank and Credit Card Statements

● File BC and Federal Sales Tax and Payroll Remittances

● Full-cycle Payroll including ROE's and T4's

● Data entry: receipts, deposits, bills, PO's, new customers and suppliers, etc ...

● Interact with accountant regarding fiscal year-end trial balance and post journal entries

Paperwork pick-up and drop-off are included for local clients.

Rate $30/hr. A flat monthly rate is negotiable after 1 year.
